We combine this initial search of our database

  • assess their interest in the role and how their
    personal attributes and aspirations meet the demands and culture of your organisation

In line with REC guidelines, we only put forward our candidates' CVs with their permission.

Temporary vacancies

Infomatch works within CILIP's recommended
guidelines on salaries for the sector, within
your own pay scales and budget and with our
candidates' best interests in mind.

You may need temporary help to cover sick leave,
to clear a backlog, for a special project or
while you recruit for a permanent role. A
temporary role can last for anything from a few days to twelve months.

We charge an hourly rate which includes pay to the candidate, Working Time Directive holiday pay, National Insurance, and our competitive fee.

Where a temporary job requires it, Infomatch can use an umbrella body to apply for CRB checks to be conducted on a candidate at no extra charge.

Permanent & contract vacancies

Our charge is 20% of salary on appointment, with
reduced rate of 12% for Registered Charities.
Refer to our Terms of Business for full details.

We have candidates registered with us who are

sector. This includes those seeking experience
prior to attending a library/information course,
right up to those in senior management
positions.
