Library Manager

An experienced Librarian is required to work for a period of around 2 months in NHS library in East London. Our client is looking for an established candidate who will be tasked with managing the resources as well as the library budget, ensuring that the library maintains a first class enquiry service and leading the team. Suitable candidates should be experienced at conducting online literature searches and be able to go in and hit the ground running.

An experienced health information professional is required to work for a period of 3
4 months in a busy public health information unit. You will undertake comprehensive evidence-based literature reviews, develop and maintain databases and reporting systems, develop the collection and manage the health promotion campaigns function. You will have experience of supervising staff as well as experience of developing databases using text retrieval packages, excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must.
