The Hay Guide Chart-Profile Method of job evaluation is claimed to be the most widely used single job evaluation method in the world. It is used to evaluate all types and levels of jobs in both the public and private sectors. 150 public library authorities, 34 academic libraries and 12 other libraries have all used the Hay job evaluation method. The NHS Agenda for Change model is also based on Hay.
