How you can find the best route into this profession
School leavers have two main routes.
With GCSEs or A-Levels / Standard or Higher Grades you can start work in a library or information service.
When you are in a post there are many opportunities for training you can take advantage of.
You also can apply to universities offering Bachelors' degrees accredited by us. Placements will ensure you get practical experience too.
