Associate membership is the right option for people who are eligible to apply for Chartered membership when ready.
Associate members will have undertaken a course of academic study accredited by CILIP, or have approved work experience, and are thus able to apply for Chartered membership when ready. Associate members have access to all the membership benefits enjoyed by Chartered members and Fellows.
