There are a couple of reasons for this.
The most usual reason is that your subscription payment has been processed recently. Unfortunately we have to prepare the data for our reminder letters two weeks before they are received. This means that some members receive these letters despite recently contacting us to pay. If this is the case please ignore the letter, or if you would like to double check you can call or email the membership team for confirmation.
Very occasionally these letters are sent in error to members who paid some time ago. We know that a small number of members had their membership suspended in May, even though they had paid their subscription. This was due to an isolated problem on our database, which is now being resolved. If you think this has affected you please contact the membership team.
