If you haven't received Gazette or Update for more than a month there could be a problem with your address or your subscription payment.

Subscription problems occur for a number of reasons, for example:

  • We may not have been able to take your Direct Debit payment because your bank didn’t receive your instruction.
  • Your employer may not have paid our invoice yet, or if they have they may not have given us a reference number to match the money up with your membership.
  • We may have had a problem with your credit or debit card details.
