We contact all members by post when your membership is due for renewal. If your pack has been lost or misplaced you can download, complete and return the Membership Renewal Form.

To set up a Direct Debit complete, sign and return the Direct Debit Instruction with the Renewal Form.

At peak times, when we are receiving a very high volume of forms and payments, it can take at least three working weeks for us to process a membership renewal. Please don’t contact us to progress your renewal unless it’s urgent. The time it takes to deal with queries such as ‘Has my payment been processed?’ slows the whole process down and could result in further delay.

If you require a receipt, please indicate on the form and enclose a self-addressed envelope.
