We will send you a renewal pack at least a month before you are due to renew. If your pack has been lost or misplaced you can download, complete and return the Membership Renewal Form.

At peak times, when we are receiving a very high volume of forms and payments, it can take at least three working weeks for us to process a membership renewal. Please avoid contacting us about your renewal unless it is urgent.
If you require a receipt, please tick the box in section 3 of the renewal form and enclose a self-addressed envelope.
