Who can join CILIP?

Anyone working with knowledge, information or in library services can join CILIP.

We have categories of membership for all experience levels.

Which membership category is right for me?

• I have completed a course accredited by CILIP
• I have experience but no accredited qualification
• I have just started working in libraries, knowledge or information
• I am studying
• I work for a library or information supplier
• I would like my organisation to join
• I live outside the UK
• I am a former member of CILIP, the LA or the IIS
