Are you interested in organising events in our region, networking, and developing and expanding your C.V? Then come and join the active CDG West Country Division committee.
The committee organise a variety of events, such as Chartership courses, Library visits, and day events on a range of topics. The committee are a very friendly group and anyone can join us, whether you have just started your career, are in the middle or coming up for retirement.
The committee roughly meet four times a year at different locations around the region; which covers Gloucestershire to Dorset and all points in between. All travel expenses are met, and attendance at all meetings is not compulsory. We are currently investigating the use of holding our meetings online, so if you are a solo librarian for example you may find it easier to join us.
