Human resources

A method of assessing good practice in terms of the delivery of library / learning resource services to students on higher education programmes in further education institutions would be to use the Higher Education in Further Education Checklist.

A useful source of further information is the SCONUL / UCISA Working Group on Quality Assurance publication The Quality Assurance Agency - aide memoire for reviewers evaluating learning resources which was written "to assist Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) reviewers when they are evaluating learning resources under the procedures of Academic Review."
