2006
The award holder for 2006 was Marsha Stewart from the Cornwall Regional Hospital Library, Cornwall, Jamaica.

Marsha's talk took place at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. It preceeded the launch of Partnerships in Health Information (PHI).
Marsha talked about her library - reality and aspirations for the future and about her three, very full, weeks in U.K. which included attending the 2006 Health Libraries Group Conference in Eastbourne.
Marsha's talk was also ILIG's July 2006 Informal and ILIG members were able to attend the PHI launch.

2003
The award holder for 2003 was Danville Fourie of Mitchells' Plain Library, Cape Town, South Africa. He visited the UK between 15 June to 7 July. His interests included:
- Community librarianship
- Encouraging adults to see the library as a centre of learning and relaxation
- Promoting reading and library use to teenagers
- Developing a "Friends of the Library" group
- Looking for ideas on Internet access in the library (Mitchell's Plain is a very poor area)
- Internet training
- Fundraising and project writing
- Thoughts on developing a "coffee shop" in the library
2000
The award holder for 2000 was Maira Tungaratova from the National Youth Library, Kazakhstan. She spent just over three weeks in the UK, between 17 June and 11 July.
