Delegate Descriptions

Full Time Residential Delegates - This category includes: the conferece; two nights hotel accommodation and all meals from lunch on Wednesday through to breakfast on Friday at Chesford Grange; social events; library visits, and free use of all hotel facilities.

Early Arrival Delegates - This category includes all the above as well as dinner, bed and breakfast at Chesford Grand on Tuesday 18 October.

Accompanying Persons are those sharing a room with a delegate but not taking part in the conference. The price includes all the above except for the conference. No reductions for meals or activities will be taken.

24 Hour Residential Deleagate (available at Stoneleigh Park Lodge only) - This category includes one day at the conference; one night bed and breakfast at Stoneleigh Lodge Park; lunch; beverages; dinner; social event; library visit (if applicable); free use of the hotel's facilities and a shuttle bus service to Chesford Grange.

Terms and Conditions

Submission of a registration constitutes a firm booking; provisional bookings are not accepted. If you have to cancel your booking, we will accept a substitution of name.

Rooms at Chesford Grange are only available to those delegates staying a minimum of two nights.

It is regretted that all fees are non-refundable but substitutions can be made at any time. Delegates are advised to insure themselves against non-attendance loss.
