Biography
Andrew Stevens is Senior Policy Adviser (Libraries) at the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council, where he is responsible for managing the Framework for the Future programme. Previously he was Head of Libraries in the City of Westminster and he is a former President of ALCL.
Abstract
The paper will set out DCMS and MLA’s proposals to address the issues about stock procurement highlighted in the PKF review. It will outline plans to achieve greater efficiency in procurement and improved local services and investment.
