Biography
Peter Hall Jones set up The Spiral Partnership Ltd. in 2003 following a successful career in education culminating in the headship of Little London Community Primary School and Nursery.
Having been identified by Ofsted as 'an excellent, passionate, articulate and visionary leader' Peter set up The Spiral Partnership Ltd. as a leadership and culture change consultancy with the mission to develop, give permission and support for inspirational and innovative leadership across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Peter is in demand as both a consultant and speaker in both this country and abroad specialising to date in areas of regeneration, extended school provision, behaviour management, inclusion, work force reform and, through his work with The Pacific Institute developing the capacity and potential of individuals, groups, communities, teams and organisations.
Peter has recently worked with a number of government departments including The Prime Ministers Office, ODPM, HM Treasury, The Cabinet Office, QCA and the DfES on issues of poverty reduction, future education policy, the development of leadership skills and qualities and leading and managing culture change.
Peter has contributed to a number of books and articles on leadership and management and is now in the early stages of writing his own book on the subject in his own inimitable style.
