Committee Members – Call for Nominations
The Public Libraries Group (PLG) is Cilip’s largest Special Interest Group. PLG aims to facilitate networking at all levels of the public library sector in the United Kingdom
The Public Libraries Group invites nominations for Chair, Vice Chair, Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer for 2009. In addition, there is a vacancy for three ordinary committee members.
Submissions should be made on the nomination form (doc, 24kb) to Frances Roberts, Secretary, Public Libraries Group. Email
frances.roberts@library.s-lanark.org.uk no later than Friday 5th December 2008.

The Public Libraries Group and An Chomhairle Leabharlanna (The Library Council) announced the categories of The Public Library Buildings Awards UK and Republic of Ireland 2009 at the Public Library Authorities Conference in Liverpool.
