The judges were impressed with the overall ambiance of the library, situated in Crystal City, where space, light and attractive furniture have been used to maximum effect.
Fountains, mosaics and an impressive mural running through the building add to the overall innovative layout of the building. One of our judges commented ‘Wall to wall enjoyment’.
