Annual Reports & Accounts
The RBSCG produces an annual report and an annual set of accounts which it publicises for approval at the annual AGM. Copies of the current report and accounts, together with those of previous years are available below.
Annual Report, Accounts & AGM 2008
The 2008 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Rare Books and Special Collections Group took place during this year’s annual conference, at 9.15 on Thursday 11 September 2008 at the Quincentenary Library of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Minutes of the 2008 AGM (MS Word)
The business of the AGM was:
- to receive the minutes of the 2007 AGM
- to receive the annual report for the year 2007-2008
- to receive the annual accounts for the year 2007
- to receive the report of the Bibliographic Standards Committee
- to receive the report of the Group Councillor
- to receive the committee membership list for 2008-2009
- to discuss any other motions received
Attendance at the AGM was free to all members of the Rare Books and Special Collections Group.
Annual Report 2007-08 (MS Word)
Annual Accounts 2007 (MS Excel) - The draft accounts for the 2007 calendar year were presented to the Group Committee on 29 July 2008. They show a surplus of £3,756.90, with assets of £16,309.52 on 31 December 2007.
