Description:

Your ability to establish and build effective relationships is the key skill needed in order to become (almost) brilliant! This is more important than any other single factor. This session will begin to introduce you to some techniques which will help you to enhance these abilities and handle a range of interpersonal situations with skill and confidence. Techniques will include some basic assertiveness and the impact of positive behaviour, along with learning a little about the communication aspects of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). The session will be interactive, and will briefly look at: How people behave What makes you tick How to avoid being manipulated by others Some techniques for influencing others.
