CILIP Conferences has established a diverse range of events that meet the needs of library and information professionals in all sectors, they include:

  • Executive Briefings - one-day events which tackle a "hot topic" with expert speakers, case studies and in-depth discussions.

  • Conferences - one-day conferences with expert speakers, demonstrations from suppliers of associated technology and unrivalled networking opportunities.

  • Showcases - one day mini-exhibitions of Library Management Systems for small and specialised libraries with opportunities for in depth one-to-one discussions with suppliers.

CILIP also organise managed events - two and three day conferences, often with associated exhibitions, organised on behalf of CILIP's Special Interest Groups - including the biennial Umbrella event.
