A new opportunity to meet key buyers
Using its specialist databases and extensive market knowledge, CILIP will invite selected buyers to attend so participating suppliers will get to meet those genuinely interested in reaching purchasing decisions. The success of past events can be seen in the immediate take up of stands at this year's two LMS Showcases. It is anticipated the e-Content Showcase will be equally sucessful.
Benefits
A benefits package has been specially developed for exhibitors at CILIP's e-content Showcase:
- A designated area is provided to meet visitors
- Self-supporting pop-up stands can be erected
- A table and two chairs are provided
- The whole area is Wi-Fi enabled to allow easy Internet access
- A computer with Internet access can be provided as an alternate to Wi-Fi
- Power can be provided at no cost
- Complimentary refreshments are available all day plus a sandwich lunch
- A list of visitors is supplied to exhibitors
- Limited parking is available at the venue with prior arrangement.
Participation Fee
The fee for exhibitors at CILIP's e-Content Showcase is £450 (plus VAT) with stands allocated on a strictly first-come first-served basis. Members of CILIP's Suppliers Network qualify for a reduced fee of £360 (plus VAT).
