Prime Sponsorship - Conference Reception:
The prime networking opportunity at the conference attended by Mike O’Brien, Minister of State for Energy and E-Commerce, the speakers and delegates at the close of the final session.
During the 45 minute reception the sponsor will have their logo prominently displayed at each serving point, and will qualify for a temporary “pop-up” stand which can be placed in the main refreshment area throughout the conference. The sponsoring company will also receive two complementary delegate places at the conference and be able to bring five complementary attendees to the reception. Its corporate logo will appear on conference marketing materials and on the event’s website as well as on the holding slide on the conference screen during the event.

Pre-Conference Reception: A 30-minute pre-lunch reception presents a prime networking opportunity at the close of the morning conference session. The sponsoring firm will have their logo prominently displayed in the reception area. It will also receive one complementary delegate place at the conference. Its corporate logo will appear on conference marketing materials and on the event’s website as well as on the holding slide on the conference screen during the event.

Prime Sponsorship - Conference Lunch
Sponsoring the conference lunch will enable the sponsor to have the firm’s logo prominently displayed at each serving point, and will qualify for a temporary “pop-up” stand which can be placed in the main refreshment area throughout the conference.
The sponsoring company will also receive two complementary delegate places at the conference. Its corporate logo will appear on conference marketing materials and on the event’s website as well as on the holding slide on the conference screen during the event.

Refreshment Breaks
Refreshments will be served as delegates arrive, and mid morning and mid afternoon, making a total of two hours exposure for a sponsor. The sponsor will have their logo prominently displayed at each serving point, and will qualify for a temporary “pop-up” stand which can be placed in the main refreshment area throughout the conference.
The sponsoring company will also receive one complementary delegate place at the conference. Its corporate logo will appear on conference marketing materials and on the event’s website as well as on the holding slide on the conference screen during the event.

Prime Sponsorship - Internet Café
This facility is ideal for a sponsor to present itself to delegates as they check their e-mails and access the Internet during refreshment breaks, the lunch period and the evening conference reception. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the building and the organisers will set up an Internet Café area that will operate throughout the day.
The sponsor can place its own screensaver and background on the monitors used, and the area will be prominently signposted and branded. Delegates will be informed of the facility prior to the event and encouraged to use the Internet Café during the conference.

Wi-Fi Demonstration
Opportunities will be made available for companies to demonstrate Wi-Fi products in the main refreshment area, and the conference venue is already Wi-Fi enabled for ease of use.
The sponsor can erect a temporary “pop-up” stand for the day which will be placed in the main refreshment area throughout the conference. The sponsoring company will also receive one complementary delegate place at the conference. Its corporate logo will appear on conference marketing materials and on the event’s website as well as on the holding slide on the conference screen during the event.

Delegate Packs
Delegate Packs are distributed to all delegates on arrival at the conference and can be branded with the sponsor’s logo. Promotional material can also be included in all packs. Delegate Badge Lanyards
Delegate badge lanyards are given to all delegates on arrival at the conference and can be branded with the sponsor’s logo.
