Metadata plays an increasingly important role in the effective performance of e-learning services. It provides a key to retrieval and management of e-learning resources.

Library and information professionals responsible for e-learning services. Service heads in HE Institutions and FE Colleges. Information professionals responsible for Continued Professional Development in health, legal and other professional services.

Special notes: prior attendance at the CILIP Metadata Essentials course recommended. The workshop will consist of a range of practical and demonstration activities.
