A practical one-day workshop for participants to explore the purpose, design and implementation of competency frameworks
Benefits of attending
Participants will be able to start the process of designing and implementing a competency framework recognising when additional assistance will be required.
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
explain the purpose of a competency framework and how it 'fits' within the organisation
identify the stakeholder involvement required to design and implement the scheme
select the appropriate approach to adopt for the design of their scheme
analyse the practical considerations for the implementation of the scheme
