The course will cover the preparation and analysis of electronic questionnaires using Microsoft Word, Excel and web-based survey tools.

Who should attend?
Librarians and other library staff who need to conduct online surveys. Basic computer literacy is required, especially the Windows environment but detailed knowledge of Word or Excel is not necessary.
