The ability to reflect on activity and learn from the experience adds purpose and meaning to the way we work. This course allows participants to explore approaches to reflective practice.
Benefits of attending
Participants will gain a practical insight into reflection and reflective practice that will enable them to develop a greater awareness of their capability for applying the changes both to personal development and in the workplace.
By the end of the course participants will:
- examine and have practised techniques for reflection
- identify the personal and organisational benefits of using reflection
- review the relationship between reflection and learning in the work context
Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to learn about and apply these techniques.
Special notes: all sessions require a high level of involvement and participation.
