Following a succesful presentation at the CILIP Employer Forum: Impact and Leadership, Kay Grieves is returning to deliver her session as a webinar in an exclusive for CILIP Leaders Network Members. In this session Kay demonstrates how a bespoke value and impact model is driving service culture, design and delivery at University Library Services Sunderland. Reflecting upon the key influences which have informed Sunderland's approach Kay will share the core, transferable techniques including her experiments with data- visualisation. The discussion will be illustrated with two examples, the first demonstrating how University Library Services Sunderland are using value and impact evidence to inform strategic relationship management with academic staff and the second demonstrating a new visual approach to annual reports. The webinar will also provide opportunity for questions and discussion.

About the Presenter

Kay Grieves

 

 

Kay Grieves is Engagement and Impact Manager at University Library Services at the University of Sunderland. Kay’s interests lie in strategic marketing, library performance, data-visualisation and customer engagement. Kay is a member of the Sconul Communications Advisory Group and Relationship Management in HE Libraries Steering Group.
