Programme includes:

  • Charles Oppenheim – Charles was formerly Head of Department of Information Science at Loughborough University, and is now a Visiting Professor at two Universities.  He has been involved with licences for electronic information for more than 30 years,  representing librarians, and publishers at different times.  He acts as a consultant on, regularly writes about, and gives talks about, copyright and licences.
  • Lorna Campbell – Lorna has almost twenty years experience working in education technology and leads the OER Service within Information Services at the University of Edinburgh. Lorna has a long standing commitment to supporting open education technology, policy and practice; she leads the Open Scotland initiative and, together with Melissa Highton, was co-chair of the OER16 Open Culture conference.
