Our presenter, Penny Bailey, will be using Zoom, the online meeting tool available to CILIP Member Networks. Penny will walk you through Zoom’s features and talk about her experience with other online software tools. During this webinar Penny will use Zoom to help you become confident as a guest and experience this perspective. Finally, Penny will guide you through how to organise the webinar and offer tips for presenting online and how this differs from face to face presentations.

When you register you will need to select your session from the 'Attendee Selections' tab. After you sign up, you will receive a webinar invitation to your requested time slot. Accepting this will usually put the event in your calendar. Reminders will be sent out nearer the day.
Tip: IT policies in your organisation may restrict the meeting app so you may need them to give Administrator permission. So, it is a good idea to test joining the meeting the day before in case you need assistance from them to install the app. It is also possible to join Zoom meetings from within your browser. Don’t leave it to the start of the meeting or you may miss out!
