What is NLP?

As Fenella states on her professional website, NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is "the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do."

She explains:

NLP gives us insights into how our thinking patterns can affect every aspect of our lives.

It looks at the way in which we think and process our thoughts (Neuro), the language patterns we use (Linguistic) and our behaviours (Programming) and how these interact to have a positive (or negative) effect on us as individuals.

NLP works on both the conscious and unconscious level and tackles limiting values and beliefs, so that we can motivate ourselves into action.

NLP techniques can bring about a positive change in you and others. It can be used for personal development and for success in business.
