We are looking for new members to join the committee!

ARLG Y&H committee members work together to organise professional development events in the region. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our committee, to help us plan and deliver two events per year.

The amount of time the role requires varies throughout the year. More time will be required in the run up, and on the day of, events organised by the group. Typically, it is no more than a few hours per month.

Travel and any reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

There are 3 positions available, open to CILIP members who work in FE, HE and research libraries based in the Yorkshire and Humberside region.

If you are interested in joining the committee, please contact Joe Elliott (Secretary) via email, outlining what you can bring to the role, and what you hope to get out of it (no more than 200 words).

Closing date Friday 13th September. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the role before applying, then you’re welcome to contact any member of the committee.
