The Academic and Research Libraries Group (ARLG) is an active network for everyone working in academic (HE and FE) or research libraries. The group runs discussions and events on current and emerging issues and developments in academic librarianship and has branches nationwide, so you’ll always have a network in your area.


The Information Literacy Group (ILG) encourages debate and the exchange of knowledge in all aspects of information literacy. You’ll find members from a variety of sectors with an interest in the teaching and promotion of information literacy from schools, colleges and universities through to public libraries and health!
