CILIP AGM 2024
This year the CILIP AGM will be held on Tuesday 15 October 2024 as an online meeting via Zoom. This is a chance to connect to the strong governance of your association. It provides an opportunity for us to celebrate together as a profession. We will hear from inspiring colleagues, share in the success of our newest registered and revalidating members with a Professional Registration “roll of honour” and be inspired by the announcement of the 2024 Honorary Fellows and Mentors of the Year. The AGM is an opportunity for members to hear about current plans and to influence the future direction of your professional body. We call on all members and interested observers to join the meeting. The AGM is a two-way opportunity - for you to vote on key issues and for us to listen and respond to your questions. Members wishing to submit resolutions to be considered at the AGM should send them in writing or by email, clearly marked ‘Resolution for AGM’, to:
Louis Coiffait-Gunn, Chief Executive, CILIP, Room 150, The British Library, 96 Euston Road London NW1 2DB
or email: Denise.Hawkes@cilip.org.uk
The last day by which notice of any resolution must be received is midnight on Friday 23 August 2024.
All Individual Members whose membership subscriptions are not in arrears are entitled to vote at the AGM. Others are not entitled to vote, but are welcome to attend as observers.
Voting at the AGM will be administered by Mi Voice. All members eligible to vote will receive an email with the details of how to cast your vote on or around 5 October 2024 when the voting opens.
