Develop your skills

CILIP members have access to the Professional Knowledge and Skills Base (PKSB), a self-assessment tool to help you plan your career by mapping your knowledge and identifying any skills gaps you have.

Our PKSB for the healthcare sector has been developed in partnership with Health Education England and encompasses the specific skills required for librarians, information and knowledge workers in health and social care.
