The Impact Toolkit is an online resource with practical information, resources and support to help you demonstrate your professional value. We’ve got tools to help you with everything from stakeholder management and analysing impact through to advocating and influencing.

Use the Impact Toolkit to clearly and effectively demonstrate your value as a professional – and the value of the services you manage and provide – to key decision makers and stakeholders.

The toolkit is organised into two main subject areas, with a variety of resources under each.
