The Professional Registration Panel (PRP) is responsible for assessing all submissions made at Certification, Chartership and Fellowship level (including the Knowledge Management routes) as well as Revalidation portfolios. The Panel currently
comprises fifteen members from a variety of different sectors and roles.
The Assessment Process
The assessors mark all submissions against the stated assessment criteria for that level. The assessors work in pairs; with an All Panel discussion called in rare cases where a pair of assessors cannot reach consensus on the outcome.
Panel Meetings
The Professional Registration Panel meets regularly throughout the year, where the assessors validate and confirm results as well as discuss issues that have been coming up with assessments.
Assessment times can vary - for example some candidates may be asked for additional information, or an assessment may involve an All Panel discussion - so unfortunately we cannot confirm that any assessment will be seen at the next scheduled
meeting even if it is submitted by a particular date.
