Knowledge Cafe | The latest challenges in KM & IM

Join us for an engaging Knowledge Café focused on tackling the latest challenges in Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM). 

In the first half of the session, we'll use Padlet and Design Thinking techniques to collaboratively identify the pressing IM and KM challenges that organizations face today. Participants will work together to visually map out pain points, identify issues, and explore how these challenges are affecting workflow, decision-making, and knowledge-sharing practices.

In the second half, we’ll break into interactive breakout rooms to dive deeper into specific challenges. These smaller groups will foster dynamic discussions aimed at crowdsourcing practical solutions. Attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences, best practices, and innovative approaches, leaving with actionable insights they can bring back to their own teams and organizations. Whether you’re a KM or IM professional or simply curious about improving knowledge flow or experiencing the knowledge café method or Padlet, this event promises to deliver both collaboration and real-world insight and strategies.
