This session will support you to: >> Identify indicators for potentially unreliable health information. >>Demonstrate effective communication strategies for addressing health misinformation with patients, colleagues, or community members. >>Network with other librarians to share instances of misinformation and use the practical sessions to inform their own learning.

Sophie Castle Clinical Librarian, Medway NHS Foundation Trust
Sophie Castle has been a Clinical Librarian at Medway NHS Foundation Trust for two years. She has worked in libraries for 23 years and previously worked in prison, school and public library sectors and is currently undertaking CILIP Chartership. She is a CPD Project Officer as part of the CILIP Health Libraries Group CPD panel.
