Rabeea Arif

Rabeea Arif is the Director for Research and Development at CILIP and leads the delivery of CILIP's diverse portfolio of internal and externally funded projects and programmes that focus on creating an evidence base to drive forward innovation, best practice and knowledge sharing for the sector. Working closely with CILIP CEO and CDO, Rabeea's role focus on bid-writing, funding strategy, and stakeholder management. Rabeea has a background in Communication Design, Social Innovation and Project Management.
