CILIP Cymru Wales and the Wales Higher Education Libraries Forum (WHELF) invite you to a free e-content Question and Answer Panel session.

Libraries across sectors in Wales are increasingly allocating more budget to electronic content. Join us as we explore different sector approaches and the challenges libraries face in negotiating and purchasing e-resources.

Be inspired with lessons learned and best practices from across Wales.

Speakers representing Public Libraries, Further Education Libraries, Higher Education Libraries and Health Libraries will describe e-content acquisition in their sector before the session opens out to questions and answers from the audience.

Annette Linton yw Pennaeth Cynnwys Llyfrgelloedd a Chyfathrebu Ysgolheigaidd ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe ers 2016. Cyn hynny bu Annette yn gweithio mewn llyfrgelloedd prifysgol yn Lloegr a Gogledd Iwerddon. Mae'n cynrychioli WHELF ar Grŵp Arbenigwyr Cynnwys Dysgu JISC.

Mae Rachel Sully yn gweithio i Iechyd a Gofal Digidol Cymru yn rheoli e-Lyfrgell GIG Cymru. Mae hi wedi gweithio yn y sector llyfrgell a gwybodaeth ers dros 10 mlynedd, yn benodol mewn llyfrgelloedd iechyd ers 2013.

Amanda Bennett works for Welsh Government since 2020. Prior to that she worked in HE libraries from 1999.

Andrew Eynon

Andrew Eynon

Andrew is the Library & Learning Technology Manager for Grŵp Llandrillo Menai. Andrew has worked in FE libraries for 30 years. He is Chair of Jisc's FE E-content Strategy Group.

Rob Lacey

Rob Lacey

Robert Lacey works in the National Library of Wales and has done so since 1991. He is the Head of Developing Published Content.

Annette Linton

Annette Linton

Annette Linton is Head of Library Content & Scholarly Communications at Swansea University since 2016. Prior to this Annette has worked in university libraries in England and Northern Ireland. She represents WHELF on the JISC Learning Content Expert Group.

Rachel Sully

Rachel Sully

Rachel Sully works for Digital Health and Care Wales managing the NHS Wales e-Library. She has worked in the library and information sector for over 10 years, specifically in health libraries since 2013.
