In this webinar provided by CILIP North East, Terry Kendrick presents his top tips on effective marketing without a large budget. By the end of the one hour session you will:

  • Understand key elements of library and information service marketing that can deliver quickly and inexpensively
  • Have practical tips to introduce activities the day after the session
  • Be aware of some of the overarching concepts which have particular relevance to library and information services

Biography

Terry Kendrick

Terry Kendrick initially trained as a librarian in the late 1970s and spent 8 years in professional posts in public libraries. For the past 30 years Terry has been a marketing planner across a wide range of industries undertaking projects in over 20 countries. He has undertaken courses for CILIP since the 1980s and run his own business Information Now Ltd since 1989. In addition, Terry has held various marketing academic and executive education roles with Cranfield University, University of Leeds and the University of East Anglia.
