The power of conversation
David Gurteen started his Knowledge Cafés in London in September 2002, and over the last 17 years, has run them all over the world. During this time, he has developed a deep understanding of the power of conversation.
The Knowledge Café is a simple method to bring a small group of people together to have a lightly structured conversation on a topic for a specific business purpose.
In this webinar, David will share with you real-life stories of some of the many ways in which the Café has been used or adapted within organizations for a broad range of purposes such as to share knowledge, generate ideas, make better sense of an issue, improve decision making, support sales meetings and mitigate risks.
The Knowledge Café is one of the most powerful, adaptable tools available to you.

This webinar has been provided by CILIP North East. CILIP North East represent library and information professionals living or working in the North East of England. You can find details about their work and events on their group website.
