How can managers ensure that the recruitment process is equitable and inclusive from start to finish? How can health libraries attract as diverse and rich a talent pool as possible? In the final part of our mini-series on recruitment skills, we focus on the actions that recruiting managers can take to ensure that the recruitment process creates opportunities for all applicants to thrive. Starting from job descriptions and thinking through the application and selection process, there are many actions that managers can take to create better processes that benefit not only underrepresented groups or those with access needs, but all applicants for all posts. This session maps to the following PKSB domains: PKSB: 12.7 People management PKSB: 13.6 Communication skills
