How do you feel when you have to do a presentation? Do you get anxious and have the feeling of dread? Are you going to be presenting for the first time?
In this Lunch & Learn webinar, Vicky Robertson will help you learn more about how to present, and things to consider when planning and designing your presentations. Vicky will provide you with tips and tricks to cope with nerves and points to consider after you have undertaken your presentation. Vicky will also share her own experiences with attendees (good and bad!). By the end of the session, you will be less anxious and feel more confident when giving presentations.
Bio: Vicky Robertson works as the Deputy Librarian at UCL School of Pharmacy Library and has worked there since September 2003. A Chartered librarian with over 30 years' experience working in public and academic libraries including King’s College London and St George’s, University of London. Vicky is a CILIP mentor and is thinking of registering for CILIP Fellowship in the future. She has a BA (Hons) in Library and Information Management from Thames Valley University and an MSc in Information and Library Management from the University of Central England. She has been a member of the CILIP Health Libraries Group CPD Panel since October 2008 and has undertaken presentations as part of her work and personal life.
