Join us online for our second exciting mini conference showcasing the wonderful world of the Youth Libraries Group.

This event will focus on the theme of 'Engaging Readers' and will consist of three afternoon sessions starting at 2pm and a further fun social event at 7pm.

Sunday 24th September:  Engaging Readers

14:00-15:00  YLG Scotland's finest Donna Baird discusses picture books for older readers.

15:00-16:00   Angela Foster from Stockton Libraries talks about engaging readers of all ages

16:00-17:00 The Queen of British YA Holly Bourne discusses her latest book You Could Be So Pretty with YLG's Cassie Kemp

19:00-20:00 Usborne 50th Anniversary Quiz

Please note this programme may be subject to change. 

Next year we will return to an in-person conference in Glasgow on 28th-29th September 2024.

All tickets will include access to the virtual exhibition.

The afternoon events will be recorded and the recordings will be made available to delegates as soon as possible after the event.

If a full programme ticket is purchased after Short 1 or 2 has happened access to the earlier Shorts recordings will be available to delegates.
