Come and join Dr Anne Dutton, Assistant Librarian, on a virtual trip (via Zoom) up the spiral staircase and into the beautiful 15th-century Cathedral Library.

You will be able to see the library, and learn about some of the treasures in the superb collection of medieval manuscripts and early printed books. You will also hear about the current project to catalogue the collection to modern professional standards, and how the cataloguing of this historic collection differs from that of many other libraries. The visit lasts an hour, and there will be time for questions.

This virtual visit has been organised by CILIP RPG (Retired Professionals) in association with CILIP South West, CILIP East Midlands and u3a (University of the Third Age).

There is no charge to join this virtual visit, with the option to donate to RPG.
