You will hear more about the vast collection of items in various formats, subject specialism, reading rooms and important work. Topics to be covered:
- King’s Library Collection (which once belonged to George III)
- Business & Intellectual Propery (IP) Centre
- Klencke Atlas (second-largest atlas in the world)<
- Sir John Ritblat Gallery (with over 200 of the Library’s most iconic treasures)
- Alan Turing Institute (research centre for data science and artificial intelligence)
- Plans to develop the space near the rear of the library with the St Pancras Transformed project, and our involvement in community engagement initiatives.
Seema Rampersad is Senior Research and Service Manager at the British Library Business & IP Centre. Seema is currently President-Elect of SLA (Special Libraries Association) and is a member of CILIP (library and information association).
