You're invited to an open and collaborative online discussion hosted by the CILIP East Midlands Network. The discussion will focus on how libraries and knowledge professionals are making a difference in a fast-changing world.

At the heart of this one-hour session are two important questions:

• What are the main positive impacts you’ve had on your users?
• How do you know you’re having an impact?

We’re excited to have Louis Coiffat-Gunn, Chief Executive of CILIP, who will prompt and guide the discussion.

At this informal event, we expect to have representatives from:

• CILIP RPG (for those outside full-time work)
• CILIP Youth Libraries Group (YLG)
