Zanib Mian, author of Planet Omar: Accidental Trouble Magnet, will be our keynote speaker.
Delegates and reps for a number of small publishing houses will be contributing to 'Lightning Talks' (see below) and be around to chat during the day.
We will also have our CKG nominations discussion as part of the day and there will be an opportunity to suggest topics for discussion between these sessions... and cake!

This year’s Unconference will introduce a new format which we haven’t tried here before; Lightning Talks. These short presentations are designed to give a bitesize introduction to an area or topic, and are designed to not put too much pressure on you as a speaker. Each session should be only 5 minutes long, and you will be presenting with other like-minded attendees in a group session which will swiftly move from one to another. If you want to provide slides you are welcome to, but they aren’t essential!
If you would like to give a presentation, please email a precis and title (can be changed later, just to give us an idea) tocarolinesfielding@gmail.com by the 10th August so that it can be included in the programme.
We have Zanib Mian, author of Planet Omar: Accidental Trouble Magnet, as our keynote speaker. Reps for a number of small publishing houses will be contributing to the Lightning Talks and be around to chat during the day.
We will also have our CKG nominations discussion in the afternoon and there will be an opportunity to suggest topics for discussion between these sessions...and cake!
Goody bags will be prepared for the first 40 delegates, so sign up asap!
